Text messaging is optional. When you book, you may check a box asking us to text you about your appointment. If you leave it unchecked, you will not receive text messages from us, and your booking is unaffected — we send your confirmation by email and your technician calls you on the day of service.

If you do opt in, the messages you receive are about your own appointment: booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, your technician’s arrival time, and a service completion notice.

Message frequency varies by appointment and is typically two to six messages per service. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out does not cancel your appointment; we will contact you by email or phone instead.

We do not share, sell, rent or lease mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for marketing purposes.

We record when and how you gave consent, so we can show that messages were authorized.
