These terms apply to services provided by VIP DETAIL LLC, doing business as
VIP Auto Detailing.
Booking And Arrival Windows
Appointments are booked as arrival windows, not exact times. Your technician
will text you an estimated arrival time on the day of service. Service duration
depends on vehicle size and condition.
Pricing
Prices shown at booking are estimates based on the vehicle and services you
selected. If your vehicle needs work beyond what was booked, your technician
will explain the price and ask for your approval before performing it. You will
receive the updated total in writing. We will never add a charge without your
approval.
What We Need On Site
We are a mobile service and bring our own water and power. Access to a water
tap or power outlet helps but is not required. We need enough space to work
around the vehicle. Exterior work is weather dependent; if a covered space is
not available we may need to reschedule.
Preparing Your Vehicle
Please remove personal belongings before your appointment. We are not
responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please leave the vehicle unlocked or
provide keys at the scheduled time.
Cancellation And Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. Please give us as much notice as you
can so we can offer the time to someone else.
Payment
Payment is due when the service is completed, by card or cash, unless agreed
otherwise in writing.
Text Messages
By booking, you agree to receive text messages about your appointment. Message
frequency varies by appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP

Limitations
We take care with every vehicle, but pre-existing damage, worn clear coat,
aged plastics and permanent stains may not respond to cleaning. We will tell
you before starting if we believe a result cannot be achieved.
